EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
MEETING
The purpose of the Executive Committee Meeting is to undertake tasks including:

the development and implementation of strategy, operational plans, policies, procedures and budgets;

the monitoring of operating and financial performance;

the assessment and control of risk;
-
the prioritisation and allocation of resources.

Meetings

The Executive Committee meet online on a monthly basis with prepared agendas of items for discussion. The minutes of the meetings will be circulated to the Group Board, and the General Secretary will present a discussion report after the meeting.

The Committee conduct an annual and mid year meeting of work and terms of reference, an assessment of effectiveness and making recommendations to the Group Board. The EXCO meeting is one of the important section in APDSA Annual Congress and MYM.
